Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship worldwide, International order outside of the USA and Canada usually take 3-7 weeks to arrive.
International orders usually make it through customs without issue. In the rare occasion your package is seized at customs. We will reship you out another order. And the second shipment should make it.
What is your refund policy?
If you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. Our products are guaranteed 100% viable, and contamination free for 30 days. We will replace any non viable order free of charge.

Is the shipping discreet?
Shipping is very discreet. Prints are shipped in a standard letter envelope and appear just as any other letter.
All other orders are shipped in a plain bubble envelope, and labeled on the customs label as “microscopy kit”
